What artwork file do I need for the best print quality?

For the highest quality print, we recommend supplying your logo or artwork as a vector file.

The most common vector file formats are:

  • Adobe Illustrator (.AI)
  • Encapsulated PostScript (.EPS)
  • Editable PDF (.PDF)

Unlike JPEG or PNG files, vector artwork can be resized without losing quality, ensuring your logo remains crisp and professional on everything from pens to exhibition banners.

How should I prepare my artwork before sending it?

To help keep your project on schedule, please ensure the artwork you send us is exactly how you'd like it to appear on your finished promotional merchandise or clothing.

For example, check that:

  • The correct logo version has been used.
  • Colours are correct.
  • Any text is accurate and free from spelling mistakes.
  • Dates, contact details, and website addresses have been checked.
  • Fonts are outlined or supplied where required.

Our team is happy to make minor artwork amendments where possible. However, if multiple changes or significant design work are needed, this can increase production time and may incur additional artwork charges.

I only have a JPEG or PNG. Can you still help?

Yes! While vector artwork is always preferred, our team can review the files you have.

Depending on the quality, we may be able to use your artwork, recreate it as a vector, or recommend the best solution before production begins.

Why do colours sometimes look different on screen?

Every screen displays colours slightly differently. Printed colours can also vary depending on the material being printed onto.

Where colour accuracy is important, we recommend providing your Pantone (PMS) colour references so we can achieve the closest possible match.

How long does branded merchandise take to produce?

Production times vary depending on the product, branding method, and quantity required.

If you have a deadline or event date, let us know as early as possible. We can often recommend products with faster production times or express delivery options where available.

Why is it important to order early?

Ordering early gives you more product choices, better pricing, and allows time for artwork approval, production, and delivery.

Leaving orders until the last minute can sometimes limit the available options or incur additional express production costs.

Will I receive artwork approval before production?

Absolutely.

You'll receive a digital artwork proof showing the positioning, size, and colours of your branding before production begins.

Nothing goes into production until you've approved the artwork.

Which branding method is best?

There isn't a one-size-fits-all answer.

The best branding method depends on the product, your logo, the quantity required, and your budget. Common methods include screen printing, embroidery, digital print, engraving, transfer printing, and debossing.

We'll always recommend the option that delivers the best overall result.

Is sustainable promotional merchandise available?
